Terms of Service
Our fee is based on the complexity of your individual circumstances. We will provide you with a free initial consultation and we will always explain exactly what you will be charged before you choose to proceed with an application. If you would like to proceed, our fee would never be more than £2,495.00, which is only payable once a mortgage has been offered.
Our typical broker fee is £595.00 payable on offer and must be settled within 5 working days.
You may have the option to pay the broker fee upon completion for remortgage applications only, the broker fee for this would be £995.00.
For more complex cases, our typical broker fee is £1,995.00 payable on offer and must be settled within 5 working days. You may have the option to pay the broker fee upon completion for remortgage applications only, the broker fee for this would be £2,495.00.
